John Evans Breaks His own 100m M85 Record AGAIN AND Jeremy Mower sets new 2000mSC Record.

Yesterday at the Inter Areas was a hot and exciting Day with excellent Performances from Our team. Full report from The team managers will follow ASAP.

In the meantime I was able to meet up yesterday with John Evans and congratulate him on yet another 100m record, set at Nuneaton on 7th July and Jeremy Mower who set a new 2000m Steeple Chase Record with 7:45.8 at Cheltenham on 11th July.

They both competed yesterday and added to the WMAL teams points score....results to follow...
