Welsh Master athlete Juliet Sidney has sent an update from Poland: “Made the final of W55 60m. Can't be too unhappy. 200s tomorrow at 9.15. 8th in the final today and loved every minute. Would have loved to have been quicker but looking forward to the 200s. Beats working for living and at my age I will embrace every second. Wonderful people and athletes. Privileged to have such an experience." 29/3/23. World Masters T&F Championships in Torun, Poland.
