The Welsh Inter-Regional Track & Field championships will be held at Aberdare on Sunday 16th July 2023

Hosts region for 2023 - SOUTH WALES

All teams are selection by team managers only. All athletes are notified - invited to take part

ALL field events in ALL age groups except HJ & PV have 3 trials
