Welsh Masters Athletics have just confirmed some updated records set by James Thie at 800m, 1500m, and 3000m in 2014 and in 2019.
Some are already on the WMAL and PO10 lists, but for the others, changes are required, and previous holders removed.
The new records and changes are in red.
