The WMAL board are working to arrange a Championship and return to T&F events when regulations around Covid restrictions allow.
It has been a long time since we were all able to get together, compete and enjoy our sport.
As hopefully we move from Phase 1 restrictions to Phase 2 on the 22nd April, where 30 can gather and compete, we have to look forward to the more realistic Amber Alert Level 2 where up to 50 can.
At this time, it will be more feasible to arrange some events and later in the year we hope to be able to have a Championship when the Alert level goes to Green and up 100 people can gather to compete.
The provisional date for the Championships is 8th August.
Don't forget that you will need to be a member to compete.

The Inter Area Track and Field challenge is set for 18th July so it would be good to get some Return to T&F events on the calendar before then.
The BMAF Championships are set for 21/22 August.
